About Our Business

HL Financial Services LLC was started by Wendy Hughes who is a CPA in both Georgia and Florida specializing in non-profit accounting consulting.  Her experience in state and federal funding programs, as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and commerial insurance billing practices offer a diverse lens through which she is able to offer business insights to organizations of varying sizes.  She has worked with agencies with budgets as smail as $5 mil and as larger as $100+ mil, and through her years of experience she has developed a network of talented professionals to meet almost any need a non-profit may encounter.
